 I treat adults with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety related disorders, and eating disorders, which make up the majority of my clinical practice. I have supported numerous individuals in learning how to manage these concerns using evidence-based approaches such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Beyond this, I also work with individuals navigating chronic pain & illness, trauma, depression, and relationship difficulties. 

I have more than a decade of experience in psychology and mental health. Early in my career, I practiced as an art therapist and founded Art Therapy Toronto; a foundation that continues to inform my down to earth, creative,  and client-centered approach. As a first generation Canadian and mother, I also bring a compassionate perspective shaped by my lived experience.

Individual Psychotherapy

Fee for an individual psychotherapy session is $160. 

Sometimes I have sliding scale rates available for those without insurance or in financial need.
Duration: 50 minutes
